Job Posting – Customer Service Agent
Cygnus Gymnastics Club is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Agent. The successful applicant should be a recent post‑secondary education graduate in the field of Business Administration or other related field of study; however, other applicants with comparable experience and/or education will also be considered.
Guiding Function: As the first point of contact for our membership and the public, the position will provide customer service for Club related inquires and transactions and perform other administrative-related duties.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Front Line Communications
- Answer phones, record and communicate messages
- Respond to general inquiries via telephone, e-mail, fax and/or in person
In-House Communication
- Print and/or distribute information packages (i.e. pamphlets, letters, notices, etc )
- Send e-mails to athletes, parents, coaches, staff and Board members, as required
- Serve as the pick-up/drop off point for athletes
Administration
- Register and record athletes in appropriate programs
- Maintain up-to-date member registration system and other data records
- Order office supplies, as required
Other General Duties
- Ensure general office area, viewing area, bathrooms and change rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Assist with the planning and carrying out of Club competitions and social events
Hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check Required.
