Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time) – Maternity Replacement

 
Cygnus is inviting applications for individuals interested joining our administrative team as our Front Desk Receptionist.  This is a maternity replacement position which is expected to be one year or until incumbent returns.
 
Key Duties Include:
Serve as first point of contact for all inquiries, referring as required to appropriate staff; providing support to all staff; performing general administrative/office duties.
 
Qualifications Required:
Professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with Cygnus members and the general public
Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
Great organization skills
Previous experience in a customer service setting

Position Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 11:00-7:00
Friday & Saturday - 9:00-5:00
Sunday & Monday - OFF
 
Closing Date:  September 30, 2012
 
Wages will be based on qualifications and experience. Three references and Certificate of Conduct are required.
