Gymnasts must have the ability to focus and listen well. While the atmosphere for these programs is fun and positive, there is a great attention to fundamental skill development and physical preparation.
Training in this program focuses on physical conditioning, body awareness, and apparatus skill development.
Admittance to this program is by try-out only. Try-outs are scheduled based on the needs of the program, but typically take place in June and September.
Training is typically 4-9 hours per week and is based on the child’s ability, level, and age.
