WHAT TO EXPECT
Through low impact exercise, our program fosters overall fitness, body awareness and teaches participants how to fall safely. Having a stronger body helps avoid injuries, falls, pain, and other issues. Increase the quality of your everyday life by building the mobility to get on the floor to play with your grandchildren, the strength and balance necessary to lift groceries from your car, the confidence to exercise, fall safer, and so much more! This class is a great way to meet new people and build meaningful relationships.
