BEFORE REGISTRATION BEGINS
Before your registration begins, we want you to be sure you are aware of the program your child is eligible for this session. If you are unsure of your child’s program or badge level for the CanGym program, please contact our front desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 739-8197.
- Tipsy Toesies – Walking-Age 3 (Parent Accompaniment Required)
- Rollin’ Rascals – Ages 3 & 4
- Daring Dynamos – Age 5
- CanGym Beginner – Ages 6-12 (Badges 1-4: Burgundy, Red, Tan and Bronze)
- CanGym Intermediate – Ages 6-12 (Badges 5-8: Purple, Blue, Turquoise and Silver)
- Teen Rec – Ages 13+
Any registrations submitted for the incorrect level or age group will be contacted and moved to an appropriate class if a space is available. If classes are full, this may result in the cancellation of your registration less a $30 administrative fee to process a refund.
We recommend you review our class schedule and select a few options.
Ensure you have all the information necessary for registration (Name, Age, Address, E-Mail, Birthday, MCP Number, Allergies/Health Concerns..)
Have your method of payment ready for the online transaction (Visa/Mastercard; Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit are not accepted at this time).

Registrations are only complete once payment has been received. You have 30 minutes to apply payment to your registration. After 30 minutes, if you have not applied payment your session will expire and your registration will be cancelled.
Please note that classes may be cancelled due to low enrolment. You will be notified if this happens and Cygnus will make an effort to switch athletes in cancelled classes to another class.
Once your registration is complete, check your email. A copy of your receipt will be in your inbox. If you did not receive this, please contact our office ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If we are able to secure more coaches, we make efforts to add more classes and additional time slots. When possible, if we have space and resources, we make every effort to offer more classes.
When completing your registration, if the class you’re most interested in is full, you can waitlist through the registration system – you are not required to pay for any waitlisted classes unless a space becomes available. You can waitlist for any number of time slots.
Alternatively, you can register and pay for an available class you can attend, and waitlist for your preferred class. If a space becomes available, you will be contacted and moved to your preferred class. You will be contacted directly by telephone if a class becomes available. Once contacted, you will be offered a space and advised of a deadline to respond and accept this space. Once this deadline has passed, your waitlist space will expire and we will move to the next person on the list. This process is required so that we can efficiently move through our waitlist.
